At Bevenza, we craft and deliver food products that are manufactured under strict hygiene and safety standards. Since our products fall under the category of edible food items, we maintain a strict no-return and no-refund policy, except in specific exceptional cases mentioned below.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. No Return & No Refund Policy (Food Products)

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of chocolate and confectionery products:

• We do not accept returns.
• We do not offer refunds once the order is confirmed and dispatched.
• Orders cannot be returned due to taste preference or change of mind.
• Orders placed are considered final and processed as per customer selection.

We request customers to carefully review product descriptions, ingredients, allergen information, and quantity before placing an order.

All purchases are made at your own discretion.

2. Why Returns Are Not Accepted

As per food safety and hygiene standards:

• Edible items cannot be resold once dispatched.
• Storage conditions after delivery are beyond our control.
• Quality may be compromised if items are returned.

To ensure consumer safety and regulatory compliance, we do not restock or reprocess returned food products.

3. Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Products

We will only review claims under the following conditions:

• You receive a damaged product.
• You receive the wrong item.
• The product is missing from your order.

In such cases, you must:

• Inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Share clear photos of the product and outer packaging.
• Provide an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.
• Share your order number and contact details.

Without proper proof (including unboxing video), claims may not be accepted.

After verification, we may offer:

• A replacement of the same product, or
• A refund, if replacement is not possible.

The decision of the company after review shall be final.

4. Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or replacements will not be applicable for:

• Minor melting or softening due to weather conditions
• Improper storage after delivery
• Incorrect address provided by customer
• Delay caused by courier services
• Taste preferences or personal expectations
• Failure to read product description or ingredient details

Please note that slight variation in texture or appearance may occur due to natural ingredients and temperature sensitivity. This does not indicate product damage.

5. Order Cancellation

• Orders once confirmed and processed cannot be cancelled.
• If cancellation is requested before dispatch, it may be considered at our sole discretion.
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

6. Refund Processing (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved after review:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Processing timelines may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank.

We are not responsible for delays caused by banking systems.
